We have one objective and that is to make sure that you know as much as possible about your new home, so that you are comfortable with your decision to purchase.

Q: How much do THIS Home Inspections cost?

Every house is different and our pricing reflects that, and is usually based on age and size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc. For a home inspection on an average sized, 3-bed 2.5 bath single family home, the price will be around $475. Condos are less, and larger homes obviously a little more. Wood destroying insect inspection, radon screening and oil tank sweep are additional. One thing we will not do is compromise our quality, thoroughness and loyalty to you, to compete with lower priced home inspection companies that only do half the job.
