Prior to becoming a licensed home inspector in the state of New Jersey, Patrick held two simultaneous careers that primed him for the home inspection roll. He has worked in construction and general contracting for three decades, and has renovated his own historic homes, first in Hoboken and then again in Weehawken.

Patrick also had a long career as a professional actor, both on stage and screen. His work runs the gamut from Broadway to Off Broadway to regional and local theater, as well as TV & film. Patrick has also been a teacher of acting at Universities and Acting Conservatories nationwide, and is an avid writer and published author.

Patrick’s unique combination of skills in construction, human motivations and writing has prepared him to thoroughly inspect homes, sensitively communicate his findings and deliver well-crafted reports.
