NJ Home Inspection Questions & Answers
Q: How long does THIS inspection take?
The average single family NJ home inspection takes about 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. We recognize that your time is valuable, so if you are buying a large home, we will usually send two inspectors to complete your inspection. One thing we promise you, we do not rush home inspections. We have one objective and that is to make sure that you know as much as possible about your new home, so that you are comfortable with your decision to purchase.
Q: How long will it take to get THIS report?
The report is normally available in a day or two and we E-mail that to you and your representatives for expediency. For the convenience of you, your realtor and your attorney, we also provide a summary of the more critical observations.

Q: How much do THIS NJ Home Inspections cost?
Every house is different and our pricing reflects that, and is usually based on age and size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms etc. For a home inspection on an average sized, 3-bed 2.5 bath single family home, the price will be around $475. Condos are less, and larger homes obviously a little more. Wood destroying insect inspection and a radon screening are additional. One thing we will not do is compromise our quality, thoroughness and loyalty to you, to compete with lower priced home inspection companies that only do half the job.
